Whitman Design & Custom Chassis, LLC is the victim of third party interference and has been prevented from conducting business since the summer of 2019.
This interference includes but is not limited to actions that were taken without proper judicial procedure, multiple breaches of a valid non-disclosure agreement and tortious interference with our customers and vendors.
